Located in the Merriweather District in Columbia, Maryland, Elle Aesthetics was founded by Cynthia Tessie, our board-certified Nurse Practitioner. With over a decade of nursing experience and board certification as a Nurse Practitioner since 2019, she brings a strong clinical foundation and a personal approach to every treatment.

Elle Aesthetics was created to help you feel confident in your skin through thoughtful, individualized care. Our approach combines an appreciation for facial harmony with a focus on skin health, creating subtle enhancements that complement your natural features.

Our services include laser hair removal using Cynosure’s Nd:YAG and Alexandrite technology, facial balancing with dermal fillers and biostimulators, wrinkle-relaxing treatments with neuromodulators such as Botox and Daxxify, and weight loss management. We also offer SkinPen microneedling, chemical peels, and facials to address a variety of skin concerns.

Every treatment plan begins with understanding your goals. Cynthia takes the time to explain your options, set realistic expectations, and help you make informed decisions about your care. Each plan considers your skin concerns, skin health, unique needs, and treatment history alongside the results you hope to achieve.
